We are more than happy to work with your insurance company to provide you the best dental care and to utilize your insurance benefits to their fullest. As a courtesy, if we are not in network with your insurance plan, we will submit insurance claims or print out necessary forms for our patients to submit. Your insurance contract is between you and your carrier, so you are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred.
At this time, we are not in network with Medicaid or Fidelis Insurance.
